TIME: 5:45 for 6:00 PM start

WHERE TO MEET: Parking lot on Hillside across the street from the State Police Barracks

 TONIGHT's HIKE: The hike this week will be a long one in celebration of the summer solstice!  We’ll plan to hike 7 miles of fairly wide paths and exit in the dusk/dark around 9-9:15 so be sure to have headlamp or flashlight.  There are a few ups and downs but no steep ones.   All the regular hikers can do this hike so we hope to see you there.

DIRECTIONS TO TRAILHEAD: PARKING: we are planning to use the small parking lot across from the State Police barracks on Hillside St.  We may not all be able to fit in that lot so if you are arriving to the hike early, please consider parking in the spots on Hillside across from the Headquarters or the small lot outside Houghton’s Pond and walking to the State Police lot.
