SE MASS CHAPTER WELCOMES ALL!
Of the AMC's twelve chapters, SEM is one of the smaller chapters with about 4,000 members. However, the chapter, run entirely by volunteers, organizes hundreds of outings each year covering a wide range of activities throughout New England. We welcome new people to our activities, and that means you! You don't need to be a member to explore our website and register for an activity you like. For more info, check out our short chapter brochure.
AMC SEM has the expectation that participants and leaders will treat everyone with respect during our activities. If anyone has feedback about an activity, please contact the leaders and/or deichair@amcsem.org. SEM will respond to your feedback.
Come to the AMC Annual Summit in Norwood on Jan 25 to see Past Chapter Chair Paul Brookes presenting the session: ”Building participant engagement at the Chapter level.” This workshop will provide strategies to increase participant engagement at the chapter level, leading to more leaders, higher retention rates, and a growing membership. See agenda. Register now! |

Reminding all that the AMC is excited to announce that a new and improved system replacing the Activities Database (ActDB) is nearly ready for launch! The new Outdoors Connector (OC) will “go live” on January 10, 2025. The ActDB will not be accessible January 6-9. If you have already registered for an AMC activity taking place on or after January 6, 2025, you will still be registered, and won't have to re-register in the new Outdoors Connector system. Your login information will be the same as it is currently. For more info, see: https://outdoors.my.site.com/amcknowledge/s/article/Outdoors-Connector |
